Choose where your event is saved
Save this event to the calendars you use outside VerbinderApp as well as to your VerbinderApp Calendar. For example, adding it to your Google calendar lets you find the plan there alongside your other appointments, without entering it again.
- In the event form, find Add to. This row shows where the event will be saved.
- Tap its pencil to open Select Calendars.
- Turn on the calendars where you want a copy of this event saved.
- Tap the checkmark to confirm, then save the event. VerbinderApp writes the event to the selected calendars.
What does this choice affect?
You are choosing where to save this event. It is useful when you want a plan to appear in the calendar you check every day, alongside work or personal appointments. Selecting a calendar does not select people to invite; use Participants for invitations.
Seeing the event twice?
When an event is saved to another calendar, VerbinderApp may also display that calendar’s copy alongside the original event. See Show or hide synced event copies to control whether those copies appear in VerbinderApp. Hiding a copy changes its display; it does not stop the event being saved to the selected calendar.
- In the event form, find Calendars. This row shows where the event will be saved.
- Tap its pencil to open Add Event to Calendars.
- Turn on the calendars where you want a copy of this event saved. Use System Calendar for a calendar available through your phone, or Google Calendar for an account connected directly to VerbinderApp.
- Return to the event form, review your choices and save the event. VerbinderApp writes the event to the selected calendars.
System Calendar or Google Calendar on Android?
System Calendar accesses the calendars already available through Android on your phone. These can include a Google calendar synced to the device.
Google Calendar connects VerbinderApp directly to a Google account through Google sign-in. It is a separate connection from Android’s System Calendar, even when both give access to the same Google calendar.
Choose the destination where you want the event saved. A Google calendar does not become a different calendar just because you reach it through a different connection.
