Request your account data
Use Request My Data to view the account information associated with your VerbinderApp account.
- Tap Settings in the bottom navigation of VerbinderApp. Then tap Account.
- Tap Request My Data.
- Wait if the app shows Retrieving Account Information.
- Review Account Information, including your User Id, Device Id, Phone Number, Country Code, Device Type and Joined Since date.
- Tap the More menu at the top right of a main screen, then Settings. Then tap Account.
- Tap Request My Data.
- Wait while the app displays Collecting Data.
- Review User Data, including your User Identifier, Registered Since date, Device Identifier, Device OS, Phone Number and Country.
The information is shown in the app. These steps do not send a copy by email or download a file.
