Use Apple Calendar with VerbinderApp
Bring the calendars available on your iPhone into your planning. See existing commitments while creating events or voting in time polls, and choose whether events you create or accept in VerbinderApp are also saved to Apple Calendar.
- Tap Settings in the bottom navigation, then tap Connected Calendars.
- Tap Apple Calendar. These steps assume Apple Calendar is already connected.
- Turn on Check Availability so events from the selected calendars appear in the planning calendar. You can then see existing commitments when creating an event or voting in a time poll.
- Tap Calendars and choose which calendars contribute those existing commitments. See Choose calendars for availability checks.
- Turn on Auto-Sync Events to automatically save events you create or accept to this calendar connection. You can still adjust the destination calendars for a particular event. See Automatically add events to your device calendar.
- Use Show synced copies to choose whether VerbinderApp displays the external-calendar copies of events already saved in VerbinderApp. See Show or hide synced event copies.
- Under Event Colors, tap Events to change the display color used for events from this calendar. See Change calendar event colors.
- To disconnect Apple Calendar from VerbinderApp, tap Disconnect Apple Calendar. See Disconnect your device calendar.
- Tap More, then Settings, then tap Connected Calendars.
- Tap System Calendar. These steps assume System Calendar is already connected.
- Turn on Check Availability so events from the selected calendars appear in the planning calendar. You can then see existing commitments when creating an event or voting in a time poll.
- Open the calendar-selection row under Check Availability and choose which calendars contribute those existing commitments. See Choose calendars for availability checks.
