Choose calendars for availability checks
Choose which Apple Calendar events appear in VerbinderApp’s calendar while you plan. When creating an event or voting in a time poll, you can see your existing appointments and choose a time that fits.
- Tap Settings in the bottom navigation, then tap Connected Calendars.
- Tap Apple Calendar.
- Turn on Check Availability.
- Tap Calendars.
- Select the calendars whose events should appear in that planning view.
- Tap the back arrow to return to Calendar Settings.
- Tap More, then Settings, then tap Connected Calendars.
- Open your connected System Calendar settings.
- Turn on Check Availability.
- Tap the calendar-selection row below it. It shows how many calendars are selected.
- Select the calendars whose events should appear in that planning view.
Availability means seeing your existing commitments while choosing a time. For example, include your work and personal calendars so you can compare a proposed meeting with appointments you already have.
This setting controls which existing calendar events are included while planning. Auto-Sync Events controls where events you create or accept are saved.
