Send feedback or report a problem
Send an idea, report a problem or tell us what could be clearer directly from VerbinderApp.
- Tap Settings in the bottom navigation of VerbinderApp. Then tap Feedback & Support.
- Choose the feedback type: Idea, Problem, Confusing, Suggestion or Other.
- Write in Your message.
- Optionally tap the paperclip (Add screenshots) to attach screenshots from your photos.
- Tap Send at the top right.
- When the message is sent, the app shows Thank you! Tap Done to close it.
Helpful detail for a problem report
Explain what you were trying to do, what happened and what you expected instead. Include the steps that lead to the problem.
- Tap the More menu at the top right of a main screen, then Settings. Then tap Feedback & Support.

The form says app details, such as the version and device model, may be included to help explain your feedback.
