Create a time poll
Suggest several possible times and invite people to vote.
- Open Calendar, tap Add, then choose Time Poll.
- Enter a title in New Time Poll.
- Tap a day on the calendar to open Select Time-Slots.
- Tap the timeline to add a time slot. Adjust its start and end using the handles, check the displayed time range and tap the green checkmark to confirm the slot.
- Choose another day and add more options. Tap the top-right checkmark to return to the poll form.
- Tap Participants, choose your contacts and confirm with the top-right checkmark.
- Review the proposed times and participants, then tap the checkmark in New Time Poll to publish.
- Open Calendar, tap the create button, then choose Time Poll.
- Enter a title in Add Title on the New Poll screen.
- Choose a day on the calendar to open its timeline.
- Tap the timeline to create a slot. Adjust its start and end using the handles, check the displayed time range and tap the green plus to add it.
- Return to the poll form and repeat for other proposed dates.
- Tap Participants, select your contacts and tap the right arrow.
- Review the proposed times and participants, then tap the top-right checkmark to publish.
The poll details show the proposed times and the participants whose votes are still pending.
