Find updates in Activity
Activity brings recent updates about your events and time polls together. See who commented, who responded to an invitation and who submitted their availability, then open the relevant plan.
- Open Calendar.
- Tap the bell icon at the top to open Activity.
- Find the update you want to review. Each entry identifies the event or time poll and describes what happened.
- Tap the entry to open the associated event or time poll.
- For a comment update, tap the comments icon in the details to read the conversation and respond.
What can appear here?
Activity includes updates such as someone commenting on a plan, accepting or declining an event invitation, or submitting availability for a time poll.
- Open the Events tab.
- Tap the bell icon at the top to open Activity.
- Find the update you want to review. Entries identify the event or time poll and describe the update. Comment entries also show a preview of the message.
- Tap the entry to open the associated event or time poll.
- For a comment update, tap the comments icon in the details to read the conversation and respond.
What can appear here?
Activity includes event invitations, requests to vote in time polls, comments, attendance responses and submitted availability. Invitations awaiting a response can appear in the Waiting section.
Activity is the in-app list of updates. These instructions do not change your phone’s notification settings.
Do not confuse Activity with a contact’s View All screen. View All filters received events and time polls to one sender; Activity lists updates about plans.
